When opening an Account, an Account Setup / Change of Occupancy Fee will be applied to your first bill. All new accounts will automatically be enrolled in Time-of-Use (TOU) rate Plan.

Power is personal and the choice is yours, before switching take into consideration your usage, your consumption pattern, seasonal changes, lifestyle and daily habits.

You will be automatically enrolled in the Time-of-Use price plan with the option to change your price plan once per month by submitting the below form.

Residential customers who are unable to pay their current or past due bills may qualify to enter into an Arrears Payment Agreement (APA) . To apply, call us at 705-429-2517.
